- Measuring 150 grams of fresh milk, 10 grams of coconut cyrup and 0.1 grams of salt.

- Mix all the ingredients together and set them aside.

- Extract 18 grams of coffee into 36 grams of coffee water.

- Pour coffee water into the pitcher and add 10 grams of coconut cyrup.

- Very important! Pitcher must be cold, and the coffee shot must be dropped to temperature (cool slightly) before foam.
