I used to think I needed more —

more inspiration, more videos, more strategies.

But clarity didn’t come from consuming.

It came from sitting with myself long enough to ask better questions.

This season, I’m choosing depth over noise.

Creation over scrolling.

Alignment over urgency.

If this resonates, save this for your next reset 🤍

What question are you sitting with lately?

... Read moreI once found myself stuck in a cycle of constantly consuming content — videos, articles, strategies — hoping to find some breakthrough. But instead of gaining clarity, I ended up overwhelmed and distracted. It wasn’t until I slowed down and asked deeper questions that I began to truly understand what I needed. The questions that helped me unlock insight were simple but powerful: What kind of life do I actually want? What boundaries am I willing to set to protect this life? What genuinely makes me happy? Reflecting on these helped me shift my focus from external noise to internal alignment. Another realization was that creation offers something consumption can’t: empowerment. When I started creating — whether it was writing, sharing my thoughts, or making small tangible changes — it felt like reclaiming my time and energy. The idea of choosing "depth over noise" resonated strongly with me. Instead of chasing every new trend or tip, I committed to fewer but more meaningful activities. This also meant being intentional about what I scroll through on social media and spending more time on self-reflection. If you’re feeling lost in the overwhelm of constant information, consider this approach: pause, ask better questions, and prioritize creation. Remember, clarity doesn't come from having more resources, but from understanding yourself better and aligning your actions with your true values. In my experience, embracing this mindset not only reduces stress but also rekindles motivation. It helps you notice your "quiet wins" — the small consistent successes that prove your capability over time. Take this as a reminder that what you really need might already be within you. Sometimes, the best reset is not consuming more but sitting quietly with yourself. What question are you sitting with today?

I was wrong to think that love = doing more... ❌
I used to think loving someone meant doing more, trying harder, giving more, fixing more... But maybe sometimes doing LESS means more. 🤯 If our relationship is meant to be a safe space for both of us, then I have to be honest about the ways my expectations may have made it feel less safe for

I used to think I needed to be ready first.
More skill. More confidence. More certainty. But that mindset kept me small. Thinking big didn’t mean I suddenly became more talented. It meant I stopped assuming things would fail before I even gave them a chance. A lot of the things I’ve done today started before I felt ready. W

I used to keep telling myself “later”
Do you keep telling yourself you’ll start later? Later when work is less busy. Later when the kids are older. Later when life feels a little less hectic. I used to think the same way. But life rarely slows down on its own. And slowly I realised something… I didn’t think much of “later

I used to think I was tired because I had too much to do

I Used to Overthink Everything, Until I Realised This
If you are someone who is always afraid of being judged and tends to overthink a lot, let this be your sign to stop letting that fear control you. The truth is, Earth is such a small planet in this huge universe, and our lives are only a tiny part of something so much bigger. So why do we spend

I Used To Think I Just Wasn’t Built For This ⚡️
Honestly, I used to think confident people were just built differently. Like somewhere along the way they got handed something I didn’t. Some natural ability to walk into a room, talk to anyone, hold their ground without overthinking every word. I genuinely believed I just wasn’t that type of

When you sell your home, CPF doesn't just want back what you used.
Most sellers are shocked when they find out how much goes back to CPF after the sale. It's called accrued interest — and it's been quietly building since the day you used your CPF to buy. The good news? You can reduce it. Top up your OA voluntarily while you're still in the home
