Red curry Pumpkin with Chicken 🎃🐓 👩🏼‍🍳😋

This kind of pumpkin is so chewy (Actually, I used to call it Japanese pumpkin). It is medium-sized and more orange than yellow in color. Anyway, the taste is really good, as I expected.

📌 Ingredients:

Red curry 1 tbsp

Pumpkin 0.5 lb

Chicken 0.5 lb

Coconut Milk 10 tbsp

Sweet basil

Seasoning powder 1/2 tsp

Palm sugar 1 tsp

Oil

Water ( just a bit to make the pumpkin cooked )

☝🏼Tips: Coconut milk has been added a bit at the processing stage so that the pumpkin gets cooked at the same time as the coconut milk becomes creamy.
