When I Was Overweight- I Was A Hater 👇🍋

I was the hater in the room. The one scrolling your page looking for something wrong. The one who clicked up with other bitter women just like me so we didn't have to look at ourselves.

I missed funerals. Weddings. Events that mattered. Because I could not walk in that room and be the biggest woman there. I stopped going back to my hometown completely because I used to talk about people who gained weight and I was not about to become the person being talked about.

That was me at 233lbs.

If you saw yourself in any of that and still won't admit it I am not coming back to convince you. But if you are standing in that mirror right now thinking it is impossible I need you to hear me. It is not. It took me less than a year to change everything.

Start with my free grocery cart in my bio. 92lbs down. It is free. Then grab the 14 Day Reset Challenge. Give it 2 weeks. Then come back for the OMAD Guide to lose the rest.

I laid it out in order. All you have to do is start. 🧡

... Read moreWhen I reflect on my journey from being 233 lbs and feeling like the ‘hater in the room,’ I realize that the hardest battles often happen within our own minds. For a long time, I avoided events and people, not because I didn’t want to be there, but because I felt invisible under the weight I carried—and the judgment I feared from others and myself. One thing that helped me the most was acknowledging my feelings without judgment. It’s easy to scroll through social media and compare yourself to others, but that only fuels negativity. Instead, I started focusing on small, achievable goals, like cleaning out my pantry and setting up a grocery cart filled with healthy options. That simple action helped me regain control and confidence in making better food choices. Another game changer was committing to challenges that provided structure, like the 14 Day Reset Challenge. It gave me a short-term goal to strive toward, creating momentum and breaking the cycle of overwhelm. Sticking to one meal a day (OMAD) was challenging at first, but having a clear guide made it manageable. It wasn’t just about the numbers on the scale; it was about rebuilding my self-worth and learning to love the process. I want to share that transformation isn’t impossible—even if you’re standing in front of the mirror doubting yourself. It took me less than a year to lose 92 lbs because I followed a simple step-by-step plan and committed to starting. Remember, progress is progress, no matter how small. This journey isn’t just about weight loss; it's about rediscovering joy, attending those weddings and funerals, and walking into any room with confidence. If you see yourself in my story, don’t let fear keep you stuck. Start with one small action today. The path to change is waiting for you, and so is a stronger, happier version of yourself.

I was always overweight, but between 2016 and 2017 I gained TWO HUNDRED POUNDS in just over a year after starting Lexapro. Here are some things I didn’t know until such a drastic change: -You have to re-learn your balance. You’ll waddle until you learn how to walk. Stairs will be scary. You’ll ha

Chasing a random number on the scale, like “I just want to be 120lbs” while you’re lifting weights is honestly one of the BIGGEST mindset MISTAKES I see😩 When you strength train, the goal isn’t just to get lighter… it’s to change your body composition. That means losing fat, building muscle, and

Looking back, I can see how much my undiagnosed ADHD impacted my stress levels, routines, and the way I used food to cope. I’m not completely blaming ADHD for my weight but it was an important piece of my story that I didn’t understand until much later. understanding it changed everything. I won

Being overweight is def a different thing
Being overweight stings way more than being underweight, like who’s even arguing this? Both can be unhealthy, but only the overweights get judgment. Underweight ppl rarely face the same scrutiny. The bias is clear, so why’s this even a debate? Thoughts? #Letschat #Asklemon8 #stirthepot
