Dinner featured Thai-inspired garlic fried rice with tofu and colorful veggies. Garlic is known for its anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties, making it a perfect ingredient choice. Tofu offers a plant-based protein source, contributing to lower inflammatory markers compared to animal proteins. When dining out, I always choose grilled or stir-fried dishes rather than fried, focusing on vegetable-heavy meals and minimizing sauces that can be sugar or oil-laden. Adding snacks like fresh watermelon between meals helps increase hydration and provides antioxidants.
