Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven (5 minutes):

• Preheat oven to 350°F with a nonstick baking sheet inside to heat evenly.

2. Prepare the Dough (5 minutes):

• Mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and honey in a bowl until smooth.

3. Shape and Bake (10-12 minutes):

• Form dough into 1-inch balls, place on the sheet, and press crisscross patterns with a fork.

• Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
