This shake recipe is no dairy, no sugar, and most importantly, no guilt. 🤭 It is perfect for those with lactose intolerance, Daniel-fasting, or just a health nut (like me). 🤪 Get ready to enjoy the best healthy shake to satisfy that sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

1 Banana

Handful of almonds

2 dates (pitted)

1-2 cups of water (depending on preferred thickness)

And 1 tbsp of cacao powder

Directions:
