Place oil then 1 tbs butter so the butter doesn’t burn
Once pan is hot place salmon on skillet and cook for 2 min each side or until golden
Note: you should be able to easily flip salmon if not then it’s not ready to flip)
Bring 8 cups water to boil
Reduce head to medium and add 2 cups rice and cook for 12 min
cook 1 cup edamame in 1/4 cup water and bring to boil, once boiling bring to simmer and let sit 10 min and sea salt
dice 1-2 small cucumbers
Shred 1 large carrot
Dice 1 avocado
slice 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
Cook 1 can of corn in 2 tbs butter w salt and pepper until warm
Drizzle w yummy cilantro lime sauce and hot sauce of choice
