Topped with slices of butter and covered with aluminum foil; cooked in the oven at 375 for 45mins (time may vary depending on size of the salmon)
Uncovered and cook for an additional 5-10mins at 400
I peeled and diced red potatoes, and boiled until tender.
I’m nice tender, i mashed them and added heavy cream (add it in little by little until you achieve your desired consistency), salted butter, salt, pepper, and a little bit of garlic powder.
And I cooked fresh green beans in chicken broth (you can also use vegetable stock); add salt to taste
& ENJOY! 😋
