I recently tried the Chia® Love Overnight Chia with Oats in various flavours, including the Chocolatey Dream, and found it to be a great addition to my morning routine. What I appreciate most is the ease of preparation—simply add water before bedtime, and by morning, you have a delicious, ready-to-eat breakfast. What sets this product apart is its blend of organic ingredients and the good amount of fibre it provides, 6 grams per serving, which helps with digestion and keeps you feeling full longer. Knowing that it is made in Canada from a mix of domestic and imported ingredients also gives me confidence in its quality. The variety of flavours means you don’t have to get bored with your breakfast, and it fits well into a busy lifestyle, whether you’re rushing to work or need a quick, healthy option after a workout.
