75 g olive oil

6 g salt

400 g all purpose flour

Combine everything except the flour in a bowl and whisk. Add in your flour and mix until a soft dough forms. It should be soft and not sticky. Cover dough and let rest for 30-45 min. After resting separate dough into 12, 75 gram balls. Heat skillet over medium heat.
