• 🍔 Processed Protein Dependence: I'd choose highly processed foods as my main protein source, sacrificing quality and nutrition.
• ⚖️ Obsessive Weigh-Ins: I’d weigh myself every single day, letting the numbers control my mood and confidence.
• 🏃♀️ Punishing Cardio: I'd overdo high-intensity workouts, punishing my body with endless cardio sessions.
• 📲 Guru Overload: I'd jump on every piece of advice from so-called “gurus,” trying to lose 20 lbs overnight by doing it all at once.
• ⏰ Last-Minute Starvation: I’d wait until two weeks before a tropical vacation to starve myself and even wear a waist trainer, falsely believing it would keep the fat off.
• 💪 Endless Ab Workouts: I’d do countless ab exercises, mistakenly thinking they’d target belly fat without a balanced approach.
