For Dill Cream Sauce

1 head onion (sliced)

2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Chicken Broth (Reduce Sodium) 1 / 2 Cup

Whipped Cream (Heavy cream) 1 1 / 8 cups (18 tablespoons)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1 teaspoon salt (adjust as you like)

1 teaspoon black pepper

1. Make a steak

Mix ground meat, eggs, chopped onions, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper together.

Moulding into oval or round cubes of 4 pieces

Set the pan with a little olive oil. Use a relatively strong center light. Grill the steak until the outside is golden brown (about 3-4 minutes on each side).

Scoop up and rest

2. Make a dill cream sauce

Use the original leaf pan. Add butter, followed by alley onions and garlic. Stir until fragrant and soft.

Sprinkle all-purpose flour on it. Poor people get along.

Slowly pour the chicken broth down, smooth the man.

Add whipped cream. People continue until they get a thick, fragrant sauce.

Seasoned with salt, pepper and chopped fresh dill.

3. Combine and serve

Put the steak back in the pan. Continue to simmer in the sauce for five minutes to imbibe the flavor.

Scoop the hot serve, sprinkle the dill, add the top. Eat a pair with it, grind or rice.
