Protein Ham, Pickle, & Cream Cheese Roll Ups

I am taking a 10 hour drive to the beach tomorrow and I needed a handy, high protein and fiber snack to keep me out of the drive thru.

These are high protein (greater than 10:1 ratio) AND they have cream cheese in them.

Here’s how I made them:

1. Spread 16 g 1/3 fat cream cheese on a tortilla.

2. Put 2 slices (56 g) ham on top. Then flip them so there’s cream cheese on both sides.

3. Roll up a pickle spear inside it.

4. Eat whole or cut for pinwheels!

1 serving is 2 roll ups!

Quick, easy, portable, filling, and satisfying.
