Pilates, the non-exercise version

Say, the first 5 times is a lot of suffering because sitting and working all day, the more wfh too, the tighter the line. The next day from getting out of Pilates is barely getting out of bed. Who thinks lightly is not at all. 🥹

I can say that Pilates is our favorite sport from many experiments because

1. In the air conditioner

2. Not too heavy (if the first 5 passes)

3. Tight lines from sitting at work

For this reason, it turns out that we exercise a lot more often. We can go 3-4 times a week.

And the downside we found is

1. If recovered from more than 2 weeks away, the return is almost like a new start 😂. The line is tight again!

2. If you play in a group and meet someone in a non-rookie class, you may not catch up.

3. Lose a lot of money, whether class and fitness clothes

Finally, if anyone asks whether to try well, always advise everyone that they should try. But the experience is already that if a male friend often does not come back again. 🤣
