Make this easy, bakery style loaf with just a few ingredients.

💕💕You will need💕💕

- 3.25 cups of flour (all purpose works great)

- 1.5 cups of warm water (I warm in the microwave for 45 seconds)

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 2 teaspoons of yeast

- a pinch of Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joes)

🍞🍞 Instructions 🍞🍞

- Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl

- when dry ingredients are combined, microwave 1.5 cups of water for 45 seconds and then add to the mixture. Combine until you have a soft, sticky dough

- cover brown with a cloth and place in a warm spot to allow rise. (I rise in the microwave or the oven.) Do not turn on while bread is rising.

- Rise for 2 hours and then check that dough has doubled. Remove and set on counter

- Set your oven for 450 and preheat your Dutch oven for 30 minutes. If you dont have a Dutch oven, follow the steps below.

- while Dutch oven is preheating, remove bread from proofing bowl and turn onto a lightly floured surface.

- fold dough into a ball. Do not knead or handle more than necessary. Transfer to oven safe baking paper.

- use a knife to score (cut a slit) into the bread. Sprinkle top with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.

- after Dutch oven has preheated, add a tablespoon of uncooked rice to the bottom of the pan. The rice will help keep your bottom from burning.

- add lower the parchment paper with your dough into the Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes

- remove cover and bake for 5 additional minutes

- take out of oven and let cool for at least 30 minutes. This will help keep the loaf moist.

- Enjoy!

🍞🍞 If you do not have a Dutch oven 🍞🍞

- you can use a pizza stone, a casserole pan, a loaf pan, or a baking sheet. Make sure to use a baking sheet.

- the key is creating steam to make a crispy crust. You can do this by adding about 2 inches of water to an oven safe bowl.

- put your bread on the upper baking rack and the water bowl on the lower.
