การที่เทศบาลเมืองอรัญญประเทศได้เดินทางมาศึกษาดูงานที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้เทศบาลได้เรียนรู้วิธีการพัฒนาองค์กรผ่านการสร้างอัตลักษณ์องค์กร (Corporate Identity - CI) ที่ชัดเจนและมีประสิทธิภาพ จากประสบการณ์ที่เห็นด้วยตัวเองในวันนั้น ปลัดกรุงเทพมหานคร แพทย์หญิงวันทนีย์ วัฒนะ และโฆษก กทม. นายเอกวรัญญู อัมระปาล ได้ให้คำแนะนำที่ละเอียดและตรงจุด เพื่อให้เทศบาลเมืองอรัญญประเทศสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ได้จริง ซึ่งนอกจากจะสร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่แล้ว ยังช่วยเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรภายในชุมชนอย่างมืออาชีพ นอกจากนี้ การเยี่ยมชมศาลาว่าการกรุงเทพมหานครทำให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เห็นตัวอย่างพื้นที่การทำงานและระบบบริหารจัดการของกรุงเทพฯ ที่สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ แม้จะมีข้อจำกัดด้านขนาดและทรัพยากรแต่ก็เต็มไปด้วยแนวทางที่สามารถนำไปพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน จากคำแนะนำของโฆษก กทม. เอกวรัญญู ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และการบริหารงานภาครัฐ งาน CI จึงไม่ใช่เพียงภาพลักษณ์ภายนอกเท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงการสร้างจิตสำนึกและวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ดีภายใน เพื่อให้เทศบาลเมืองอรัญญประเทศสามารถปรับตัวและพัฒนาต่อไปได้อย่างมั่นคง
