Pumpkin French Toast Recipe:

In a bowl whisk:

1/4 cup of flour

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

pinch of salt

pinch of baking powder

Mix it up

then whisk in

1 cup of milk

2 eggs

2 teaspoons of vanilla

Dip each slice of Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Brioche Bread into the batter and coat on each side

Cook in a saucepan with butter until golden brown

Plate it and drizzle with caramel sauce, strawberries and whipped cream
