✨ RECIPE 💫
• 3/4 C Butter (Softened)
• 1 C Brown Sugar + 1/4 C White Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 3 C Flour (I used soft white wheat)
• 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1.5 C Chocolate Chips
1. In a mixer bowl, cream together butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture about 1 cup at a time. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Using a spoon, drop dough onto baking sheet. (Optional: put them in the fridge for at least an hour or until you're ready to bake them). You can also freeze half the batch for later.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 12-15 minutes. (My cookies in the video were a little larger so I baked for 20 minutes. Once they're done, transfer them to a cooling rack.
