Valentine Cookie Cups

How cute are these Cookie Cups?? 💓💞💖⁣

Not only are they pretty, but they are also super yummy and easy to make! ⁣

⁣

I used some Pomegranate Powder for some added vitamins and antioxidants!! ⁣

⁣

⁣

I love superfood powders, plus it makes these taste so good! (I highly recommend not skipping this step, but if it isn’t available to you, you can omit for normal cookie dough cups!)⁣

⁣

And of course I had to add in @americandreamnutbutter newest PB because it’s almost Valentines Day and we love love! ♥️⁣

You MUST save and give these a try for a fun little snack to have on hand! ⁣

What you need- ⁣

-1 can of rinsed chickpeas (don’t worry, you can’t taste them ;)⁣

-1 cup of @kodiakcakes protein oats ( or use any you already have) ⁣

-pinch of salt ⁣

-2 tbsp pomegranate powder⁣

-2 tsp vanilla extract ⁣

-1/2 cup liquid stevia or monkfruit⁣

-pink food coloring ⁣

#valentines - 8 ounces @lilys_sweets white Chocolate chips + coconut oil for melting⁣

-valentine sprinkles ⁣

What you do- ⁣

⁣

~add all ingredients (besides white chocolate) to a blender or food processor⁣

~blend until cookie dough texture forms⁣

~press into cupcake tin with liners (you can also just roll into balls or press into a lined 8x 8 brownie pan for bars) ⁣

~melt chocolate and coconut oil on stove or in microwave⁣

~pour white chocolate on top of cookie dough top with sprinkles and place in freezer for 30 mins to harden ⁣

~enjoy!⁣
