These Dubai chocolate cookies are rich, soft in the center, and perfect when you want something indulgent that still feels thoughtful and homemade. Dubai Chocolate Cookie Recipe 🍪
Cookie Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp espresso powder mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Pistachio Kataifi Ingrediants
- 1 cup shredded kataifi
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1.5 cups pistachio butter
- 3 tbsp tahini
Instructions
- Cream butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in egg, vanilla, and espresso mixture.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop cookies onto a lined baking sheet, chill 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- In a pan, toast kataifi with butter until golden, then let cool and mix with pistachio butter and tahini.
- Scoop the pistachio mixture onto each cooled cookie and smooth the top. Chill until set.
- Finish with melted chocolate drizzle and crushed pistachios before serving.
