[Ingredients] For 2 people (for 1 18cm cake mold)
· Rice 500g + 150g
· Chirashi sushi base... 2 servings (1 pouch)
・ Thinly baked egg: 1 egg
· Chikuwa... 1 / 2
・ Naruto... 2 slices
・ Grilled seaweed: 1 / 4
[How to make]
① Cut out the thin baked egg with a cake mold, and make the rest into chopped egg garnish.
② Make patterns of chikuwa horns, grilled seaweed eyes, mouth, fangs, and pants with kitchen scissors.
③ Spread plastic wrap on the mold and spread 150g of white rice thinly and evenly.
④ After mixing the chirashi sushi base with the rest of the rice, put it in ③ and spread it while lightly pressing it.
⑤ Turn the dish over and take it out of the mold.
⑥ Place the egg of hair and pants, put the parts you made and it's done.
I came up with a recipe that I wanted to use for my cheeks 🍥 You can enjoy it with a few ingredients. The head can be Sakura Denbu or Shake Flakes. Arrange and enjoy as you like ♪
