✨ How to plan your meals for weight loss ✨

Focusing on high protein, good carbs, and plenty of veggies was the foundation of how I lost over 130 lbs and kept it off for the past two years.

I know eating right is the hardest part of weight loss. Some days you’ll be on track, other days you’ll fall off. And sometimes you just have to choose the affordable option over the healthiest one — I get it, because I’ve been there.

What helped me stay consistent were little rituals, like ending the day with a cup of Pyrutea 🌿. This herbal tea supported my digestion and helped me feel lighter, especially after heavier meals. Small habits like this made it easier to keep going long term.
