Vegan (NO ❌) Salmon Croquette 🐟

What To Buy:

Tofu

Red & Green Belpepper

Yellow Onion

Garlic & Herb Bread Crumbs

Fish Batter

2 Eggs

Old Bay Seasoning

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Slap ya mama Cajun seasoning

Black pepper

Canola Oil

Bread of course lol

Hot sauce

Mustard

Rice

1 stick of Butter

Sugar

(you can also add in softened butter in replace of eggs to help stick mixture)

Preparation:

Boil water & rice

Add sugar and butter

(easy lol, if you don’t know how to make rice check 15 minutes after boil and taste a piece)

Croquette Prep

Dice up your veggies and tofu

Mix into a wide enough bowl

Season & Mix Together

Be sure to smash the tofu as well

Whisk your two eggs in a separate bowl 100 times

Heat your oil in a skillet on medium high (7)

Stir egg into tofu mixture

Pour in bread crumbs / fish batter and mix

Have a drip pan or plate with paper towel to soak up excess oil

(SN: If you don’t know when your grease is hot drop a tiny drop of water in pan to see if it sizzles)

Roll mixture in hand into a ball, smash into burger form doesn’t have to be perfect just make sure it’s not falling apart

Place into hot oil

Allow 5 minutes on each side, flip to your crisp liking

Place on bread, add mustard and hot sauce

Plate rice on side

Enjoy 😁
