Happy Wednesday! I had the day off and had a fairly productive day. I’m starting a new series on my YouTube channel about starting healthy habits and it’s going really well! I’m trying to stick to a “meal plan” that I map out for the week. That has been helpful and I find myself wanting to snack way less and go off my plan. I had to do something to get out of this major funk I’ve been in. Eating was pretty good today and I got a little workout in. My poor knee could only handle 21 minutes but it’s better than nothin!

To indulge my sweet tooth while still keeping things light, I treated myself to a mug cake, which can be made healthier with alternatives like almond flour and natural sweeteners. Physical activity is essential, and even a short 21-minute workout can contribute significantly to one’s overall health. Engaging in exercises like using the elliptical helps improve cardiovascular fitness. Even on days when time is limited, incorporating any form of exercise can enhance your mood and energy levels. In my case, staying active has been a vital aspect of my wellness journey, and I find that just a little effort can yield great results. Building healthy habits doesn’t happen overnight, but by consistently planning meals, choosing nutrient-rich foods, and prioritizing physical activity, you can make lasting changes.
