Full Day Of Eating
Happy Wednesday! I had the day off and had a fairly productive day. I’m starting a new series on my YouTube channel about starting healthy habits and it’s going really well! I’m trying to stick to a “meal plan” that I map out for the week. That has been helpful and I find myself wanting to snack way less and go off my plan. I had to do something to get out of this major funk I’ve been in. Eating was pretty good today and I got a little workout in. My poor knee could only handle 21 minutes but it’s better than nothin!
