👨🍳 How to Make Waterfall Beef Noodle Broth 👨🍳
- Wash the cow bones thoroughly and boil them in a radiator of about 4 liters. Spoon the bubble off.
- Add radish, cilantro root, garlic, pepper, pandan leaves and spices (anise + cinnamon)
- Simmer with a soft fire for 2-3 hours to make sweet broth from the bones.
- Seasoned with soy sauce, black soy sauce, gravel sugar and salt.
