Strengthen your body's immune system with ginger shots!

Lemon is rich in vitamin C and supports the immune system, while ginger has anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits. Combined, they can help boost your immunity, aid digestion, provide an energy kick, and act as antioxidants.

Sweetening your ginger shot is optional. We prefer honey and pineapple. You can also use agave or maple syrup. It’s a matter of preference.

You can take your ginger shot at any time of the day. We take ours in the morning. Some people prefer them as a mid-day pick-me-up or before meals to aid with digestive issues.

📝 Ginger Immunity Shot Recipe ⤵️

- 2 navel oranges OR 8 halo mandarin oranges

- 1 fresh lemon

- 1/2 pineapple

- 1 piece of ginger root

- 1 cup filtered water

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1/4 tsp tumeric

- 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

1. Rinse and scrub the ginger root. There's no need to peel it. Then chop it into slices.

2. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. (You don't need a juicer for this.) Blend until it's all liquid.

3. Strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.

4. Pour the Ginger Shot mixture into small shot glasses or airtight containers, making it easy to grab and go.

5. Store your Ginger Shots in the refrigerator. Consume one shot each morning on an empty stomach.
