• 1 whole burrata (8 oz)
• 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp honey

👨🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, reserving ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.
2️⃣ In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced garlic and cook until golden and fragrant, about 2–3 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir in the honey and chili flakes. Let the mixture bubble gently for about 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat. If needed, add reserved pasta water until the sauce becomes glossy.
5️⃣ Stir in the Parmesan, lemon zest, and thyme. Season with salt and plenty of freshly cracked black pepper.
6️⃣ Place the whole burrata on top of the hot pasta and let it soften for about a minute.
7️⃣ Gently tear the burrata and fold it through the pasta until every strand is coated in creamy cheese.
8️⃣ Finish with extra thyme, cracked black pepper, crispy garlic chips, and an optional drizzle of honey.
✨ Sweet. Savory. Creamy. Pure comfort.
