I’ve been on the hunt for bariatric-friendly breakfast options that actually taste good, and I found another one to add to my cart! This Kodiak Blueberry Power Cakes mix packs 14g of protein per serving and is made with 100% whole grains.

1 can pumpkin puree 2 bananas 2 eggs splash of vanilla 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 2 scoops your choice of protein ( I used legion cookie butter) 1 cup almond flour bake @ 350F for 50-60 mins or until tooth pick comes out clean. frosting:
