Je me sent toujours mal de le faire, mais je trouve qui a plus d’avantages que d’inconvénients pour ma santé
I’ve often found myself struggling with feelings of guilt when making certain health-related choices, especially when these choices diverge from what others might expect or recommend. However, over time, I realized that it’s important to focus on what truly benefits my personal health rather than external judgments. For instance, certain habits or practices might initially feel uncomfortable or seem questionable, but if they result in overall improved well-being and vitality, it’s worth embracing them. In my experience, weighing the advantages against the disadvantages honestly has been key. Sometimes, what feels like a minor compromise in routine or lifestyle can lead to significant improvements in energy levels, mental clarity, or physical health markers. The key is listening to one’s own body and recognizing that health is a deeply individual journey. Moreover, accepting these feelings of discomfort or guilt without harsh self-judgment has helped me maintain a balanced mindset. It’s normal to feel conflicted when stepping outside of established norms, but focusing on the positive outcomes — such as better sleep, enhanced mood, or disease prevention — has encouraged me to continue making these beneficial choices. Ultimately, this personal approach underscores that health is a complex balance, and sometimes prioritizing it requires courage and self-compassion.
