[How to make]

① Since chestnut rice is mixed later, mix it with hot water

⭐ Fried Chikuwa

① Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise and cut it in half again

② Make batter with flour, water and salt

③ Tear off the grilled seaweed

④ Put on batter and fry

⭐ Tonjiru

① Wash the vegetables and cut the ginkgo

② Konnyaku is poured through hot water and torn by hand

③ Fry garlic ginger in sesame oil
