Pre workout snacks I have in my morning rotation to help me get a good lift in💪🏼
I workout right in the morning before I eat breakfast but it’s important I have some sort of protein snack before I go to help me get in a good lift. These are all sweet as you can tell but good options still. My current go to is a bone broth shake with a few berries on the side.
