I love making my own chicken cutlets! All you need is thinly sliced chicken breasts and then egg wash and bread crumbs. I fry mine in olive oil. I drizzle balsamic glaze on top with arugula and pair it with protein pasta and tomato sauce. Super filling and healthy meal.
