Setting these boundaries helped me avoid emotional burnout and fostered healthier connections. Moreover, incorporating self-love practices, like using uplifting affirmations or even small rituals such as wearing a favorite gloss (like @urbandecay’s) boosted my confidence. These little acts became daily reminders of my value outside others’ validation. If you find yourself constantly reaching out, pause and ask: "Am I reminding them I exist or affirming that I exist regardless of their attention?" This shift in thought can lead to more fulfilling relationships and greater personal happiness.
