Aim to include a blend of different exercises in your routine to target various core areas, including the rectus abdominis, obliques, and transverse abdominis. Remember to progress gradually; increasing reps, sets, or weights as you build strength. Additionally, complement your workouts with a balanced diet to fuel your body and support muscle recovery.
