je sais que je suis pas la seule à chercher mes mots devant la caméra, c’est comme si j’oublie tout quand je suis devant 🤣

As a fellow content creator, I completely understand how nerve-wracking it can be to speak spontaneously on camera, especially when your mind goes blank or you keep repeating yourself. It's common for many creators to experience what the OCR calls "*le doute*" or doubt creeping in, especially during "behind the scenes" moments where you’re "processing the information". One of my go-to methods to combat this is preparation combined with embracing imperfection. Sometimes, over-preparing can add stress; instead, I jot down key points or prompts to keep my flow natural without sounding scripted. When I forget what to say, I pause, take a breath, and remind myself it's okay to be authentic—even mistakes make content relatable. Another helpful technique is practicing mindfulness to manage the anxiety that builds up before recording. Simple breathing exercises or grounding techniques help me reduce racing thoughts and focus on the message rather than the fear of judgment. I also use the "POV" (point of view) approach when creating videos, imagining I’m just having a casual conversation with a friend rather than addressing a broad audience. This mindset shift has helped me overcome the stress and keeps my content engaging. If you find yourself "répète" or repeating words, it's often a sign that your brain is trying to buy more time to organize thoughts. Accepting these moments rather than fighting them can improve your delivery. Lastly, don't hesitate to review your recorded content and learn from it. Every creator faces these challenges, and it’s through practice and patience that you build confidence on camera. Remember, being genuine, even with little imperfections, fosters a stronger connection with your audience.
