Start 75 hard with me

I’ve been working out consistently for 90 days straight already so I need a new challenge. I am post partum so I do give myself grace dealing with a mom pouch.

When I say NO DAYS OFF. I’ve been working out 7 days a week for 3 months. Some days are light days of 30mins but other than that I get that fitness bag OKAYYY!!! I’ve been prioritizing strength training over cardio and I see myself toning up nicely.

I dropped two shirt sizes and I lost 4inches around my waist so far. I also noticed I have better stamina now. My workouts feel easier so I went up in weights (which is very exciting).

I wasn’t really a sweater 💦 in the beginning but now when i workout I’m soaked.

The workouts that I’ve done in the beginning that used to have me fighting for my life are now more manageable.

Things I struggle with now is my hunger. I can meet my protein and fiber goals but I still find myself hungry so I’m trying to find low calorie food that will keep me full longer. Progress. Still. Pending.

Excited to see where this challenge takes me! #75hard #Fitness #workout #spiritualjourney #fitnesstips

... Read moreStarting the 75 Hard challenge has been a transformative experience for me, especially as a postpartum mom balancing fitness and family life. One of the key lessons I’ve learned is that consistency truly builds momentum. The mindset of 'no days off' pushed me to workout every single day, knowing some sessions would be lighter than others, but each one matters. Strength training became my focus, as I noticed how it helped me not only drop two shirt sizes and lose inches around my waist, but also improved my stamina and workout performance. The sense of accomplishment when I increased my weights felt incredibly motivating and confirmed that progress is possible with dedication. However, one ongoing challenge is managing hunger. Even though I meet my protein and fiber goals, maintaining fullness on a calorie-conscious diet postpartum was tricky. What helped me was experimenting with low-calorie, high-volume foods such as leafy greens, cucumbers, and air-popped popcorn to stay satisfied without excess calories. I also embraced the importance of hydration and mindset shifts, echoing motivational points like ‘mind over matter’ and stepping outside my comfort zone, which were pictured in my gym vision board. These reminders fueled my commitment through tough days. For anyone considering 75 Hard or any intense fitness challenge, I’d recommend being gentle with yourself, especially if healing from childbirth. Celebrate small wins, build a supportive routine, and focus on consistency rather than perfection. This challenge is not just about physical changes but also about developing willpower and discipline that extend beyond the gym. The journey is ongoing, and I’m excited to see how the next days unfold. If you resonate with this, try setting small, achievable goals within your fitness plan and remember that every effort counts toward your transformation.
