My spring semester schedule

As college students prepare for the upcoming spring semester, having a well-structured schedule is crucial for academic success. This spring, I have a relatively light schedule that allows me to focus on my studies while also managing my first job on campus, which is tutoring in biology. Classes such as CHEM107 and Earth Science present fascinating topics that intertwine with current issues like climate change. In my courses, we are discussing the ozone layer and exploring the evidence supporting human-caused climate change, which remains a contested topic among the public. It’s essential for students to engage with these subjects critically and to understand their impact on future scientific developments and societal issues. Balancing coursework with practical work experience through an on-campus job not only enhances learning but also provides valuable skills that are beneficial in the job market. Maintaining a manageable schedule with well-timed breaks can lead to a more enriching college experience, laying a foundation for academic excellence and personal growth.
