What I Eat in a Day 🍴

Not perfect, but balanced! Here's how today looked:

Breakfast: A cozy chai latte because treating yourself is self-care 💕, plus eggs with my homemade ricotta spinach dip (so creamy and delicious!).

Lunch: Ground beef, pasta, garlic yogurt (trust me, it’s so good), and avocado 🥑.

Dinner: Steak, sweet potato, more avocado (I clearly have a thing for it), and a dollop of my ricotta spinach dip again.

Dessert: My homemade Ninja Creami vanilla ice cream 🍦 with toppings—I love ending the day with a little sweetness!

Snacks: Collagen marshmallows and some protein bars to keep me fueled.

🌱 I wish I ate more variety in veggies today, but it wasn’t perfect. That’s okay—I’ll aim to balance it out tomorrow!
