Dried Beef Cheese Ball

3 8 oz.blocks cream cheese softened to room temp

1 tsp. Minced garlic (I used jar)

1 tsp. Grated horseradish

1 tsp. Granulated garlic

5 green onions finely minced both white/green

4oz shredded cheddar cheese

4oz dried beef from the deli finely chopped

In mixer combine all ingredients except the dried beef and mix. When completely combined, add in the dried beef and mix with a spatula. Form into balls. (I get about 5) roll in dried parsley.
