Nausea started unfortunately but not too bad thanks GOD, at least for now , i’m 9 weeks pregnant.

This is helping a lot and it seems i found my perfect soda without all the bad ingredientes since the carbonated water is 0 ( zero) everything and the syrup is basically sugar but of course you control the amount you want to put in … ii just use a tbs or 2 for a can of carb water.

. I’m not gonna say i’m eating super healthy because i’m having aversion to almost everything i’m used to, but i’m still eating healthy just craving carbs and sweets .

I’m eating a lot protein and i find it also helps .
