Let's talk about my pooch

I spend so much time looking at my pooch. I really hate it and spend most of my time in the gym hating it. I've heard from some men that they like the tummy. I don't like it. I got rid of it 2 years ago but that was me in the gym 5 days a week 2 hours a day and it took me a year to get like that. I just can't do that much time in the gym while working full time. Any advice will help.
