Protein Supplements: Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth. Whey, casein, and plant-based protein powders are typical sources of protein, I love making shakes or snagging a bar at the store! Some are so tasty!

Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs): BCAAs are a group of essential amino acids, including leucine, isoleucine, and valine, that play a crucial role in muscle protein synthesis and recovery. Taking BCAA's can help reduce muscle soreness and support muscle growth.
