veggie & beef filled pasta sauce
blended many veggies (carrots, onions, celery, bell peppers, and blended lots of tomatoes. cooked lots of ground beef, added chicken stock, a but of sesame oil & frozen veggies. added the blended veggie mix and simmered for 20 mins with seasonings like salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, bay leaves, basil, oregano, italian seasoning, and several cloves of garlic. so yummy and all nutrients intact.
