But let me tell you, creating a dedicated unwind routine has been an absolute game-changer for my overall well-being, especially when it comes to achieving that elusive deep sleep. If you've been searching for a way to truly relax and prepare your body and mind for rest, let me share my experience with the Dr Teal's Melatonin Sleep Soak – it's become my nightly secret weapon. My journey to better sleep often starts in the bathroom with a warm bath. The star of this ritual is definitely the Dr Teal's Melatonin Sleep Soak. I usually add about two cups of the purple-bagged Epsom salts to running bath water, ensuring they dissolve completely. The scent of lavender and chamomile immediately fills the air, which instantly signals to my brain that it's time to switch off. The Epsom salts are fantastic for easing muscle aches and tension that build up throughout the day, and I can honestly feel the tightness in my shoulders and back start to release within minutes. Combined with the melatonin, it's like a gentle lullaby for my body, actively promoting sleep.
