Easiest meal prep on the planet: chicken sausage sheet pan!

- trying out the aidells savory applewood chicken sausage this week. We got three packs, that come with 4 links each. Sliced down the middle and then cut into bite size pieces.

- 5 zucchinis, sliced down the middle and then into bite sized again

- two whole yellow bell peppers cut into chunks

- golden and red potatoes sliced

- all seasoned with salt, garlic powder (of course) & @Trader Joe’s aglio olio seasoning for a garlicky, herbs and spicy kick!

Bake at 425° for 35-40 minutes depending on how crispy you want your potatoes and enjoy!

I usually do my meal prep on Sunday. It takes about 1 hour to get everything prepped/cooked and put into containers. I make 5-6 meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Saturday and Sunday I don’t necessarily plan ahead for those days so I eat whatever I am feeling. Meal planning never works for me
