High protein, super easy dinner idea from ALDI

Meal prepped this and looked forward to it all week!
4 ounces Birria meat
1 low carb wheat tortilla from ALDI
15 grams nonfat plain Greek yogurt
50 grams pico de gallo
28 grams queso Fresca
top with cilantro
All of this is just 319 calories.
With 32 grams of protein, this recipe is greater than a 10:1 calorie:protein ratio.
Eating at this ratio or near it will help you reach your weight loss and body recomposition goals!
And don’t forget, it’s 15 grams of fiber too!
I’ll save the fiber rant for another day. 😜
Pair it with some whole grain rice and refried beans!
