Greek yogurt is highly beneficial for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) because its high protein content stabilizes blood sugar, balances insulin levels, and improves gut-hormone health.
We all know the big tubs of Greek yogurt are the most cost effective, but eating plain or vanilla everyday can get so boring and repetitive. I use water packets instead to change up the flavoring of each serving but not spending a fortune on pre packaged variety packs of flavored yogurts.
