Homemade butter
In the process of making homemade butter! It was easy as throwing some heavy whipping cream in my stand mixer (thank you to my man) until it gets crumbly, strain out the buttermilk into a jar and put the butter itself into an ice bath squeezing out excess buttermilk. I'm so excited with all the things I'm going to be able to make with this mixer ☺️
