Occasion & Servings: Anytime, best in Summer for in season fruit and greens

Ingredient 1 & Portion: watermelon 1/3-1/4

Ingredient 2 & Portion: Feta, I cut the block in half down the middle then take half a half (1/4) and break it up on the watermelon

Ingredient 3 : Spinach, handful to make a bed to be topped

Detailed Steps:

cut up your watermelon into bite sized pieces

Additional tips/notes:

🍉going longways twice if you want cute little triangles, use a narrow knife to peel the quarters and then slice.

🥬romaine, arugula, kale and other greens that you prefer will work great too

A bit of lemon juice and olive oil shaken together for a dressing on the greens works great also!

I also love having cucumber with it 👌🏼
